acquaint you,
With reference to my
Circular letter, dated the
am directed by the Postmaster General to that Her Majesty's Government have decided to re-establish the Second Monthly Mail to Penang, Singapore, and China, which was recently discontinued.
Commencing, therefore, with the departure of the Backet of the 20th instant from Southampton, the Mails for Penang, Singapore, and China, will again be forwarded twice a Month, as formerly, viz,
on the 4th and 20th from Southampton, and on
12th and 28th from Marseilles.
The Mails forwarded viê Marseilles, will be made up London on the Evenings of the 10th and 26th of each Month.
